Because digital items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds or exchanges are not offered once a purchase is completed. You will receive your eBook download link immediately after successful payment, or within a few minutes.

If you experience any issue downloading or accessing your eBook, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. We will ensure you receive your eBook successfully.

Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate payment or a technical error during purchase.
